All on-body cassette artwork & fonts must be supplied as a suitable file format (jpeg, gif etc) on floppy disc, CD or Zip100 for Windows & Apple Macintosh compatible computers.
The customer must approve all artwork before printing commences.
Refunds will only be given if duplicated cassette is deemed faulty by FlipSide Productions.
